Limits, age and EPIS
The rules on player protection here run more strictly than most of its neighbours and it is built that way on purpose. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200.
The Gaming Commission keeps one central exclusion register in EPIS: the exclusion applies instantly across the whole licensed landscape. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. Since 1 September 2024 the minimum age is 21 for casino, gaming hall and betting; lottery products are the exception at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.
